Entry conditions, requirements, and size limits

PHOTOGRAPHY

ENTRY FEE:  $15 per photograph

1. All items must be for sale, and details must be clearly labelled on the back with

• the photographer’s name,
• address,
• title of work,
• section,
• and price.

Please download labels and attach to the back of each photograph submitted.

1. Each entry must be the original work of the photographer, UNFRAMED and suitably mounted on board 12 x 26 inches
2. All entries must be ready to hang.
3. All accepted entries are eligible for either the Open Colour or Open Monochrome Prize.
4. Catalogue Entries will be hung; however, the Organisers reserve the right to reject any photograph deemed unsuitable for hanging.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to have any entries reproduced in the Media. The Photographer is responsible for ensuring that no relevant copyright laws are infringed.

Print must measure 8" x 12" inches. UNFRAMED and mounted on matt board measuring 12" x 16"
