The Currabubula Red Cross Art Show  invites artists to exhibit their creations and support a worthwhile cause. ​​​

How to Enter

We have two ways to enter this year.

 

Option 1: Online Entry

Complete the online entry form, and don’t forget to add freight (if required). We will send you an invoice with the direct deposit payment details. Use the reference in the confirmation email as your payment reference and send us an email confirming your payment. Don’t forget to download and print the labels for the back of your entry.

OR

Option 2: Entry Form

Download the entry form, then email your completed form to artshow@currabubulaartshow.com.au. We will enter this for you, and you will receive an invoice by email with the direct deposit payment details. Use the reference in the confirmation email as your payment reference and send us an email confirming your payment. Don’t forget to download and print the labels for the back of your entry.

All entry forms must be received online or by email (and payments) by 5:00pm Wednesday, 6 May 2026.

** Late entries will not be accepted**

Pre-Loved Artwork Sales

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENTRIES

  1. ENTRIES OPEN: 9:00am 9 March 2026

  2. ENTRIES CLOSE: 5:00pm Wednesday, 6 May 2026

  3. All entry forms (and payments) MUST be received by 5:00pm Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
    **NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED – NO EXCEPTIONS**

  4. ENTRY FEES:  $10 entry fee per item

    • Painting Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5

    • Photography Sections 6 & 7

  5. All entries must be received ONLINE or by EMAIL to artshow@currabubulaartshow.com.au 

    • If this is not possible, please contact the Event Coordinator for assistance.

    • Check that you have entered all relevant information on the Entry form

  6. Entries received are binding. The catalogue information will be taken only from the Entry Form.

  7. All entries are to be shown for the first time.

  8. Paintings will NOT BE ACCEPTED if:

    • Entered in more than one section

    • Oversized paintings (over 1.2m x 1.2m) will NOT be accepted

  9.  The title or price cannot be altered once submitted

  10. “Untitled” items are unable to go into the catalogue or be displayed.

  11. The Australian Red Cross Commission of 25% should be included in your pricing.

  12. Net payment(s) will be made for sold paintings by 30 June 2026.

14. ALL payments MUST be received by 5:00 PM, 6 May 2026. 
        **NO LATE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED**

TRANSPORT / DELIVERY / COLLECTION

15. The exhibitors must meet ALL transport and insurance costs to/from and during the Exhibition.

16. ALL care will be taken, but the Australian Red Cross, Currabubula Branch, will not accept liability for loss or damage in transit or while on exhibit.

17. ALL work must be securely packaged using bubble wrap or corflute cardboard.

18. MUST BE NOTED ON ENTRY FORM

  • If couriers or buses are used to convey artwork or photography to depots, please note that depots are not responsible for organising the return with couriers.

  • A transport fee of $10 must be included with your entry form for the return of each painting transported to and from Currabubula and the depot.

19. HAND-delivered entries are to arrive at Currabubula Hall on Saturday, 16 May 2026, between 10am and 2pm.

20. DEPOTS:  Final date for acceptance at a depot: 5pm Thursday, 14 May 2026.

21. COLLECTION of sold/unsold artwork in person will be:

  • After 3pm on Sunday, 24 May 2026

  • Monday 25 May 2026 between 10:00am and 2:00pm

  • SOLD items TAMWORTH collections from Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at: FrameSmart Professional Picture Framers, Shop 5/126 Marius Street, Tamworth.
